Sending Recognition

With Maxwell you can keep your team connected to each other, to your mission, and to your values with instant rewards and recognition. There are several ways to send recognition on Maxwell:

1. Through the HR View if you have an admin role
2. Through the Maxwell app using a “Recognition Wallet” on behalf of the company

3. Through the Maxwell app on a peer to peer basis

 

Sending Recognition via the HR View

If you have access to the HR View you can use it to send rewards and recognition instantly, without the hassle of gift cards, or merchandise. This is the best option when you are trying to sending recognition to many employees at once. Here the simple steps:

  1. Log-in and navigate to the tab “Manage Team"

  2. Select the employee(s) you want to send recognition to

  3. Click on “Spot Bonus”

  4. Select a wallet, amount, title, and fill a message. You can choose to make it public or keep private.

  5. Done! Your employees will instantly receive in their Maxwell Visa Card and a text message letting them know they have received rewards.

Through Maxwell you also have the ability to automate rewards for birthdays, anniversaries, or other milestones. This way on the select date employees receive a reward with a customer message. Email us at client.success@maxwell.app to learn more.

 
 

Sending Recognition via the Maxwell app

You also have the ability to send recognition via the Maxwell app using the “Wallets” function. This is a great to empower people leaders to send recognition on behalf of the company. You can enable each people leader with their own Wallet, or have a Wallet per department or initiative. If you are not using the Wallets function and would like to use it email us at client.success@maxwell.app

All you need to do is:

1. Log in to the Maxwell app

2. Click on the “Regalos” tab

3. Click on “Send Regalos”

4. Find employee.

5. Select an amount, a message, if it is public, and click send.

6. Finally select the recognition wallet you want to use and the reason to send it.

You are done! Your employee will receive instantly in their Maxwell Visa Card and text message letting them know they have received a reward.
